At Lafayette Jewelers, we want you to feel confident and completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to help.

Returns and Exchanges

Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition.

Special & Custom Orders

Because special order and custom jewelry is made specifically for you, special orders and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry Repairs

We are happy to care for your jewelry while it is in our possession. Repairs that are not picked up within 60 days of the completed repair date may be subject to additional policies. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a repair.

Layaway

We offer layaway as a convenient way to make your purchase. Layaways with no payment activity for three consecutive months are subject to cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.
